Robert Relihan of Lynnfield has joined The Savings Bank as a Mortgage Originator. Bob has more than 40 years of financial management, sales and systems consulting experience, with 20 of those years in mortgage origination. He is well versed in residential market and real estate investment strategies, as well as realty investments including condo conversions, multi-family rentals and second homes.
Prior to joining The Savings Bank, Bob was associated with American Financial Network, Inc. as a Branch Manager, and with Mortgage Equity Partners & Union Trust Mortgage as a Senior Loan Officer with responsibility for the development of marketing and sales programs to sustain client base and promote new business.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and is a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1975.
Bob is active in the Lynnfield community and currently serves on the Lynnfield Recreation Commission, where he has been a member since 2012. He was a member of the Lynnfield Little League Board for six years, and has coached youth baseball and basketball, as well as girls’ basketball at Lynnfield High School. Bob is in his 10th year coaching high school basketball at the Pingree School in Hamilton, MA, and is a member of Basketball Referee Officials Board 130.
