Important information on recent debit card incident

On December 2nd, we credited the accounts of customers who had money fraudulently taken during the recent debit card fraud incident so they had access to funds quickly. In some cases, the processor also recently credited accounts for the same transaction. For customers whose accounts were credited twice, we will be reversing our credit this month.

At this time of increased debit card usage, and the potential for increased fraudulent activity during the holiday season, please monitor your account activity carefully to detect any unauthorized transactions and inform us immediately if any are posted to your account. If you see anything you do not understand or that looks suspicious, or if you suspect that any fraudulent transactions have taken place:

* Shut off your debit card through your mobile application using MyCard.
* Contact us immediately at 800-246-2009.

If you have any questions, please contact us at 800-246-2009. We sincerely regret any inconvenience or concern this incident may have caused.
