Wakefield, MA – The Savings Bank has named Rosa Bertolone as branch manager of its Lynnfield and South Lynnfield offices. With over two decades of experience in retail banking and customer relationship management, Rosa brings an exceptional blend of leadership, operational knowledge, and community-focused service to her new role.
Previously, Rosa was with the Wakefield Co-operative Bank, where she served as assistant vice president and branch manager. During her time there, Rosa led her team to success through consistent coaching and development, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering superior, personalized service to customers. She is known for her hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and innovative problem-solving.
Prior to her role at Wakefield Co-operative Bank, Rosa held management positions at Northmark Bank, TD Bank, and Citizens Bank, where she played a vital role in branch operations, staff development, and customer retention strategies.
