The Savings Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Allison Sullivan as its new senior vice president of human resources. With over 20 years of strategic leadership experience in human resources, Sullivan will spearhead initiatives in driving talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement across the company.
Sullivan most recently served as senior vice president, learning and talent manager at Enterprise Bank, where she led a high-performing team responsible for recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Her leadership contributed to significant reductions in turnover, streamlined recruitment processes, and led to the creation of programs that fostered an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
“Allison’s proven track record of cultivating growth and engagement at previous organizations and her passion for supporting employees at every stage of their careers makes her an invaluable addition to our leadership team,” said Raichelle Kallery, president and CEO at The Savings Bank. “We are confident she will help strengthen our culture, advance our talent strategy, and position us for long-term success.”
Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics from the University of Maine at Farmington and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
“I am honored to join The Savings Bank and excited to collaborate with its talented leaders and team members,” said Sullivan. “I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive engagement and organizational growth.”
